Main mission


This position is responsible for coordinating all marketing initiatives for the US market.



Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

  • Coordinate production, distribution, and management of all product assets (i.e. samples, catalogs, web tools, product images, videos, etc.).
  • Assist with development and execution of all US marketing materials and brand activation campaigns.
  • Develop content and publish all B2C and B2B email newsletters and communications.
  • Assist in management of ambassador program.
  • Coordinate in-store branding projects.
  • Coordinate media & PR programs based on US marketing & sales plans and initiatives.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating logistics for, and traveling to sales meetings and special events (i.e. trade shows, tournament booths, product launches, ambassador events).
  • Provide monthly marketing/brand activation reports.
  • Assist in management of Communication tools inventory (forecast, order/source, and distribute).
  • Manage website maintenance including uploading new products, removing old products, and changing information (i.e. prices) in a timely manner.
  • Manage donation requests and perform customer order entry as needed.
  • Assist in field marketing events as needed.
  • Collaborate with all other department representatives to ensure the efficiency of the company.


Qualifications / Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, and two to three years of experience in the sporting goods industry, or equivalent combination of education and related experience is required.
  • Experience in the tennis industry is strongly preferred. 
  • Experience working with outside agencies/vendors is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and basic design software is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with digital advertising, Direct to Consumer sales/internet platforms, and associated software systems a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and continued willingness to take initiative a must.


Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 15% - 25% required travel time within the US, and approximately one international trip per year to Lyon, France.
