Main mission

We're currently looking for our Territory Padel Promoter for Center and North West of Spain, for a permanent contract position to join our team based at BABOLAT Spain in Madrid.

Activities

The Padel Promoter is in charge of developing our image through the activation of sponsorships, players, animation of promotional activities in collaboration with clubs and coaches in the area, as well as developing sales growth through our selective retailers

She / He is in charge of increasing the awareness of the brand in the paddle market with the interaction with the different actors, guaranteeing the visibility of the Babolat brand, both in places of practice of the sport of padel and in the specialized points of sale. She / Leads the BABOLAT team of coaches and players in his/her area.

In collaboration with the trade marketing team, she / he designs, organizes and implements the trade marketing actions in order to develop the commercial and promotional activity of Padel in his/her Area.

 

She / He detects, recruits and retains local padel coaches ans players, and signs contracts with them.

 

She / He is in charge of prospecting and approach of new points with potential for selling padel.

Profile

Skills required :

  • Able to create and follow an action plan
  • Be able to generate presentations in which to transmit its ideas and action plans
  • Be able to perform public interventions with conviction and professionalism, in internal or external environments
  • Be able to communicate operationally in English in the context of his/her missions
  • Passionate about Padel, with personal experience in the competition or teaching field, ideally

 

Expertise :

  • At least 2 years experience required in sales or Marketing role
  • Business school degree or equivalent with a specialization in marketing, ideally or experience in a similar job.
  • Master IT tools for create and monitoring campaigns

 

Inter-personal skills :

  • Good relational capacity
  • Ability to establish a positive relationship with colleagues and ability to involve and motivate his/ her environment for participation in projects.
