Main mission

Within our subsidiary, we are seeking to recruit a Territory Sales Administrator & After Sales Support. He / She would report directly to the UK Office Manager and work cross functionally with the national sales team and third party service providers, as well as directly with the company's account holding customers to provide client customer service,  order related logistic support and after sales support.

 


Activities

Key responsibilities include :

 

General sales administration : order entry via Orli Web software suite, online filing of order related documents, proactive back order management, processing order call offs and following through to delivery, liaising with the carrier/customer to arrange bookings for key accounts, preparation of delivery booking documentation

 

After-Sales Support Assessment and follow up processing of product warranty claim. Be the main point of contact for all Zendesk enquiries

 

Working with MS Excel to create and update spreadsheets

 

Provide telephone and email service and support to both customers and internal sales team

 

Maintaining and updating customer database

Profile

Relevant business qualification and/or minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales administration role.

 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 

Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (particularly MS Excel).

 

Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

 

Ability to work on your own initiative and manage a variety of tasks.

 

A logical approach to problem solving.

 

An active interest/involvement in sport, particularly racquet sports would be advantageous.
