Main mission

We're currently looking for our Promoter for the area Germany South, for a permanent contract position to join our team.

The Promoter is in charge of developing our image through the activation of sponsorships, players, animation of promotional activities in collaboration with clubs and coaches in the area, as well as developing sales growth through our selective retailers


Your main mission :

  • Activations / products promotion in clubs:
  • Organize products test sessions in partner clubs & events, both for hardware and footwear, and animations in clubs
  • Organize sell out events with our partner clubs & retailers

  • Players sponsorships :
  • Detect, recruit and sign contract with local players
  • Coordination with the back office for contracts and orders
  • Share the list of players with potential for the future with HQ sports marketing team

  • Coaches, clubs & local federations partnerships:
  • Detect, recruit and sign contract with coaches and clubs / academies, in line with the strategy given by the country manager
  • Visit the clubs, maintain a good relationship with clubs & coaches, and ensure their good visibility of Babolat products
  • Organize activations with local federations & ensure the visibility of the brand during events
  • Follow-up of orders and contracts with the back office

  • Coaches conventions:
  • Support in the organization, in collaboration with the brand activation
  • Presence on the conventions of his area

  • Tournaments and events:
  • Operational support in the organization and logistics of national events
  • Participation in the event and in field activations
  • Drive the partnership and activations for local events in his area


    Graduate from a Bachelor's degree in business school/ sport management or equivalent, you have a significative experience in a similar job in the sport universe.

    You know how clubs and world of tennis/padel are functioning and have the ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.

    You master IT tools, and especially Microsoft Office.

    You are ready to travel and be on the field 90% of the time.

    Autonomy, sens of service, excellent communication, ability to establish positive relationship with colleagues will be assets to succeed in this position.
