Main mission

We're currently looking for our Promoter for the area North of Italy, for a permanent contract position to join our team.

The Promoter is in charge of developing our image through the activation of sponsorships, players, animation of promotional activities in collaboration with clubs and coaches in the area, as well as developing sales growth through our selective retailers.


Your main mission :


  • Coordinate and execute Padel activations in the network of clubs and academies, with the aim of increasing knowledge of Babolat Padel in the places of practice and promoting the sale of products through the points of sale established
  • Find, recruit and retain Padel coaches and clubs, whose mission will be to collaborate with the points of sale to fuel the sell out of Babolat Padel products and services; management of the signature of the contracts and management of the related orders.
  • Find, recruit and keep local Padel players; management of the signature of the contracts and management of the related orders. Notification to the national marketing team of the most prospective players.
  • Organization and implementation of Babolat Padel coach conventions.
  • Management of logistics and participation in Padel events organized by Babolat directly, or through sponsorship relationships established by the Brand in his/her area and throughout the country.

Sell In and Sell Out

  • Knowledge of the products in the Babolat Padel range, the benefits offered to the consumer, their technologies and sales arguments.
  • Knowledge of the commercial and promotional conditions that form part of Babolat Padel's strategy.
  • Sell out support for Match and Set Padel retailers in his/her area and carry out online presentations of the range if necessary.
  • Staff training and support in Babolat Padel stores.
  • Ensure brand visibility in physical and online stores according to the brand's marketing strategy in his/her area.
  • Prospecting, approaching and assessing the needs of new stores and clubs with Padel sales potential.
  • Collection of information on our sales processes, products and promotional actions, as well as all relevant information on the Padel market to offer the marketing team professional and accurate feedback, including improvement proposals for current and future ranges.


Graduate from a Bachelor's degree in business school/sport management or equivalent, you have a significative experience in a similar job in the sport universe. Be passionate about Padel, with personal experience in the field of competitions or teaching.

You know how clubs and world of padel are functioning and have the ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.

You master IT tools, and especially Microsoft Office.

You are ready to travel and be on the field 90% of the time.

Autonomy, sense of service, excellent communication, ability to establish positive relationship with colleagues will be assets to succeed in this position.
