Main mission

The Key Account Sales Operations Analyst will provide data, analysis and customer service support that contributes to the profitable business development of strategic key accounts.  With a focus on targeted accounts, the Key Account Sales Operations Analyst will provide an integral support for the overall forecasting/demand planning process and orderbook management.  This person will collect, organize, and analyze sales and market data and trends that will be used to implement sales strategies that drive improved margins and profitability of strategic key accounts.

Sales Support & KA Service Improvement

  • Conduct analyses to gain deeper insights into business
  • Assess client and sales trends, feedback, and market movement
  • Supports US National Sales Director and KAM in implementing the KA Strategic mid-term collaboration plan, particularly on the matters of KA orderbook management, special common planning/forecasting, implementation of supply-chain projects to improve respective profitability and data exchange.
  • Supports sales and marketing management on the coordination, implementation and evaluations of brand activations plans and results
  • Work in the field (as travel allows) with NSD & NKAM to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Assess impact of sales & activation programs on margin; identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvements

Reporting Support

  • Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, opportunities, dashboards and reports
  •  Evaluate new tools and platforms to improve reporting and sales operations
  • Provides/manages TIA reports locally & in sync with HQ
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to provide data support for business decisions
  • Administer, manage, and report on revenue forecasting and analysis
  • Create metrics to evaluate sales efficiency and productivity

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related degree is required.  A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar sales-oriented role, or equivalent combination of education and related experience, is required
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and business/sales-oriented
  • Previous experience with Salesforce
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Teamwork spirit in an international environment
