As a real interface between our customers and our sales and logistics teams, the Territory & Key Account Sales Administrator will be in charge of the administrative management of orders from reception to delivery.

Your challenges
Key responsibilities:
1- Ensure the administrative processing of customer orders.
- Perform order entry
- Monitor customer outstandings in relation to the customer credit department: ensure that the customer does not exceed his outstanding financial amount and make reminders if necessary before placing any new order.
- Ensure stock availability and offer replacement products in case of shortages.
2 - Manage the customer relationship with a dual objective of quality and optimization of the customer relationship
- Ensuring the interface between the customer and the various departments of the company
- Inform the customer about the stock status and his current orders
- Respond to the customer's needs, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures
3 - Ensure the delivery of orders to their destination:
- Perform invoicing
- Handle complaints related to transport or order preparation.
4- Proactive sales to our customers
- Phoning campaigns to boost sales to our customers
- Proactive monitoring of order portfolios with our MATCH customers in order to carry out a personalized follow-up of our priority accounts
5- Reporting and analysis of the data of the France/Belgium subsidiary in conjunction with the Country Manager
- Follow up on sell in campaigns by reporting on global sales / distribution networks / regions
- Sales analysis to extract the 20/80 of sales and products at risk of overstock
- Inventory analysis to guide sales or restocking campaigns on certain products by the sales team
- Creation of regular reports to help the sales teams and the country manager in the management of the subsidiary's sales.
These missions can evolve according to the needs of the subsidiary.
Your profile
You hold a Master's degree in International Business or an equivalent qualification, and have excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with initial experience on an ERP (ideally Orliweb Cegid) and/or Salesforce. Proficiency in French is a plus.
You have experience in active listening and negotiation techniques with clients and possess a strong customer service mindset. Your dynamism, curiosity, rigor, and analytical skills allow you to anticipate, propose solutions, and work effectively as part of a team.
This position is based in Wimbledon and is available immediately.
